Paterson, NJ to College Station — the long way around.
Rob grew up in Paterson, New Jersey and studied at Seton Hall before spending two decades in the trenches of Northeast real estate — handling everything from first-time buyers to REOs, short sales and distressed properties most agents won't touch.
The work taught him to read contracts the way other people read menus, to keep cool when a deal goes sideways, and to negotiate like the money is his own. Today that experience serves clients in two places he's proud to call home — North New Jersey and College Station, Texas.
